“Standing Alone on the Right Side of History”
For forty years, Jeremiah called Israel to repentance for idolatry and false hope. He stood alone. Yet God vindicated him and fulfilled Jeremiah’s Word that God had commissioned him to speak. God brought judgment upon Israel for their sins according to God’s prophetic promise. Jeremiah is delivered by Babylon from prison.
